- Scope
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and transfer personal data in the course of our business in Singapore, in accordance with PDPA 2012 (“the Act”) (including its amendments).
- What is Personal Data?
“Personal data” means data about an individual who can be identified directly or indirectly (e.g. name, contact, ID number), excluding business contact information such as corporate email or business phone.
- Types of Personal Data Collected
We may collect personal data from:
- Customers and website visitors (e.g. name, email, phone, delivery address, IP or usage data)
- Employees, job applicants, suppliers, contractors (e.g. identification numbers, education, bank account, next-of-kin)
- Other stakeholders (e.g. partners, event participants)
- How We Collect Personal Data
- Directly from forms, emails, phone, face‑to‑face contact, website or social media
- From authorised third-party sources (e.g. referral agents), provided consent was obtained
- Purposes for Collection, Use & Disclosure
We collect and use your personal data only for specific and reasonable purposes, including:
- Processing orders, payment and delivery
- Customer support, communications and marketing (with consent)
- Employment administration and HR management
- Supplier / partner coordination
- Compliance with legal obligations
We inform you of purposes at point of collection and will seek additional consent before using data for new purposes
- Consent
We rely on express or deemed consent before collecting, using or disclosing your data. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we will cease using your data for those purposes and explain any consequences.
- Access and Correction
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data and obtain info about its use/disclosure in the past year
- Request correction of errors or omissions, which we will implement promptly and notify other parties if needed.
- Accuracy of Data
We make reasonable efforts to ensure personal data is accurate, complete and up to date. Please inform our Data Protection Officer (DPO) of corrections promptly.
- Protection of Personal Data
We implement appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards (e.g. access control, encryption, antivirus, secure passwords) to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction of personal data.
- Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal/business obligations. Once no longer needed, we securely dispose of or anonymise it.
- Transfers Outside Singapore
If we transfer personal data outside Singapore (e.g. to third‑party vendors), we ensure comparable protection as required under PDPA or obtain consent or rely on permitted exceptions.
- Data Breach Notification
Where a data breach poses a risk of significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals as required by the PDPA’s Data Breach Notification Obligation.
- Accountability / Openness
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who oversees compliance, handles inquiries, complaints and PDPA‑related responsibilities.

- Do‑Not‑Call (DNC) Registry
We comply with Singapore’s Do‑Not‑Call (DNC) provisions and Spam Control Act for marketing messages sent to Singapore numbers. We will not send telemarketing if your number is listed or you opt out.
- Changes to Policy
We may revise this policy to reflect legal, regulatory or business changes. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any updated policy.
